Early Help
Early Help is about helping children, young people and families to deal with any issues as early as possible, before they turn into big problems. Often it's useful for families to know exactly who can help them, such as a council service, a charity or a health provider. School can agree an action plan with you to make sure you get the right support. We can do this through an Early Help Assessment which brings together different services to support you and your family.
